Duels

How PnL is scored

Only swaps count. Net of fees. Open positions at a real sell quote.

What counts

ActivityCounted
Swaps made during the duel (Jupiter, Raydium, pump.fun…)Yes
SOL or SPL transfers, in or outNo
Tokens held before the duelNo
Tokens received by transferNo
Swap fees, priority fees, Jito tipsDeducted

Because only swaps count, sending yourself SOL or tokens cannot change your score.

The formula

PnL % = (SOL received + open positions at sell quote − SOL spent − fees) ÷ SOL spent
Provisional: the base of the percentage (total SOL spent) may change before launch.

Open positions

You do not have to close everything. Tokens still held at the end are valued with a real sell quote for the whole bag at the final slot of the duel. Slippage and illiquidity are therefore taken into account. If no sell route exists, the position is worth 0.

How SOL is measured

For every transaction, we read your SOL balance before and after, plus the SOL held in your own token accounts. That is what you really paid or received.

  • Network fees, priority fees, Jito tips and your terminal’s fees are all included: the score is net.
  • Rent for token accounts is not a cost: it stays yours and comes back when the account closes.
  • Wrapping or unwrapping SOL (WSOL) is neutral.

What counts as a swap

  • A transaction signed by one of your linked wallets, where SOL goes out and a token comes in (buy), or the other way around (sell).
  • Swapping a token bought during the duel into another token keeps it in play: the new token inherits it.
  • Failed transactions are ignored.
  • If you sell more than you bought during the duel, only the share bought during the duel counts, pro rata.
Trade in SOL. Tokens bought with USDC or another token you already held have no SOL cost in the duel, so they do not count.

The time window

The window is defined by Solana slots, not by your clock. A swap counts if its transaction lands between the start slot and the end slot announced to both players.
